good price i think and is right size for what i wanted and came promptly and other colors i bought were great, but the pic made it look like it was white and thats what i wanted but the color is actually a yellow tan. and i realize it says natural but they need a better pic of it so you can really see it b4 you buy. the red one i got is a little orange red but still great. i also got a blue set hasn't come in yet.

We use them in our boys' rooms to organize toys, clothes, etc.... They hold up very well, especially when used in conjunction with the wooden storage boxes that they are often sold with.

I ordered a single natural colored one to see if it would fit where I wanted to use it; it does, so I came to order more and wanted to mix the colors. Turns out the natural is shipped by Amazon, most of the other colors by Ace. I was STUNNED when shipping was as much as the product; needless to say I gave up on the colors and ordered all natural ones. NOTE: I have Amazon Prime so the natural ones shipped for free and I can't say what Amazon would charge for shipping w/o a Prime membership, but I doubt it would double the cost!

Quality: I haven't looked at a lot of these, so I really can't say. Seems sturdy enough if you don't go loading cans or books in them. Should work fine to organize some bedside stuff onto a bookcase. Each has a removable stiff piece that fits in the bottom and is covered in the same fabric and includes a pull tab (fabric as well.) I was glad to see these as they give me the option of cutting a piece of cardboard for the bottom and using the bottom stiffener as a lid if the inside clutter shows. Corrugated cardboard might make a stiffer bottom, too.

I'll cross post at the bookcase, but since my current living situation is of unknown duration (taking care of aging mother,) I didn't want to invest in furniture that isn't flexible for future use. Since I'm always in need of bookcases I decided to go with good folding bookcases. These "drawers" fit 3 across on the lower two shelves of a single mission folding bookcase (really nice item, too) found here:

I can see that when I add the mantle top, one of these will not fit on the top shelf under the mantle top, but I suspect if you were to stack two of the bookcases that these would fit on the shelf where the "join" is found.

I looked at this bedspread for a least one month and checked many other websites. LOVE it! The colors are as pictured, and the drape hangs down so I do not need my bedskirt even though my bedframe is very high from the floor. Looks just right!

It appears to be sewn carefully, which is needed by my construction worker husband who plops down on the bed with his work clothes on, two rough teenage boys who watch our TV sometimes, and the two cats that love our bed for some reason. The colors also help hide any immediate stains or dirt, so I won't have to launder it weekly.

My husband doesn't like the bedspread, and so he said, "That looks like a quilt, like my grandmother's."

OH WELL! I love it, and if it were up to him, he would have had the same quilt on the bed for twenty years! I really love the colors and don't find it to be old-fashioned.

I got these to replace my foglight oem bulbs. The light itself is great.

The red rubber seal was too thick and caused issues trying to "lock" them into the foglight housing fixture. I had to pull the red seals off and swap with my oem bulbs.

They do not fit easily - so I subtracted 2 stars.

For my application, the bulb gasket proved to be too thick, so I had to used the gaskets off my previous set of 9145 bulbs to make it fit. Not a big deal.

I had to take off my OEM red rubber seals and put on these yellow ones....the HALO seals are too BIG!! and won't lock in or seat properly. So...after messing with them for 15 minutes or so I swapped them out. Worked like a charm. Didn't get a 5 because of this.

These are a great price for the amount of light they put out....very nice yellow for a fog. Saved me 200 bucks for a set of PIAA's. Win.

It is absolutely essential to have one of these (or a similar tool) to remove a Moen 1222 cartridge. The tool made easy work of taking out the 14 year old cartridge so that I could slide in the replacement.

After reading all the other reviews I was convinced that a puller would be required to replace the 4 Moen cartridges at my home . They were original (30+ years of service so it past time for replacement). Danco does a dis service to their product as it was certainly designed to be adequate for the task and heavy enough to stand up to the required stress and pressures.

However the directions of use were essentially useless. First of all the screw that needs to be threaded into the old cartridge stem was shipped so tight to the tee handle that I had to put it in to a vise to break it loose. After looking at its design as to how it will need to function it turned out to be important as to how it was initially mounted on the old cartridge stem.

The tangs of the puller must be placed in between the old cartridge tangs.
And before you screw in the screw that goes thru the tee handle into cartridge stem it works best to pull the stem out as far as it will go (open position)
with a channel locks. Then while holding the tee handle horizontal screw it to the stem that goes inside it.

Now hold the tee handle stationary while you slowly turn the 1.25 nut clockwise (looking down) while making sure the puller is perpendicular and flush to the top of the faucet. I found it best to use a large 1.25 box wrench to turn the nut. Turn slowly and follow this procedure you will be successful every time.

I bought this tool because it was listed as a Moen 104421. I received a product marked 08-0423 in a package marked Quality Repair Parts. I seems to be the same as the Danco puller. I have no problem with the tool but it is not what is listed in the description. I paid a premium in order to get an original Moen product but I did not get a genuine Moen product. Wholesale Plumbing sells this same item on eBay with a clear description that it is not a Moen product.

The stainless steel design is durable and rugged. Nicely constructed. It worked fine on just the one chicken I've roasted. I don't think it is superior over other methods to roast chicken but I will use it from time to time. Roasting a chicken breast side down in a dish is also a very good way. The tray container though is great for catching the juices which can be used to make a very good sauce. It was fairly inexpensive which is a big reason I got it. It is definitely worth the price Amazon charged.

I've had a couple of the original Spanek vertical roasters; one in chrome and the other in nonstick. Eventually they begin to rust or the nonstick coating starts flaking off.

I've only roasted one chicken with the Norpro so far, and it was great. I've placed the entire unit into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan, with a bit of parchment inside the round tray. The cooked chicken lifted easily off the roaster.

I dismantled the roaster and it cleans nicely in the dishwasher. Quite a bit more convenient than the others!

This is a fine receiver for the money. It does not have much in the way of bells and whistles, but then again it was only about $90 (cost plus shipping). My daughter loves the fact that with a simple auxiliary cord she can play her iPod music through this system. I just wish the clock would show along with the station frequency. As it is, you can either have the clock or the station i.d. on. Oh yeah, if you buy this, don't bother trying to reset the clock's time by following the instructions in the owner's manual. Something was lost in translation. Just go to Pioneer's web site. There I found a FAQ about how to set the clock. I guess if it is a FAQ, then lots of people had the same problem. All in all, I would definitely recommend this receiver to anyone whose more interested in hearing music than seeing lots of flashing lights on the head unit. Includes a remote control as well.

I bought this mainly to put down in our basement to get rid of our house centipede infestation in our new house (was killing about 3 adult HC's every day). Man those suckers are fast, and really hard to get to kill. This made it really easy, in combination with some Diatomaceous Earth laid around my basement mainly (largest population of them), I found several dozen HC's dead within 1-2ft of the boarder lines where I put this down. I have since vacuumed a few times and theres virtually none left present to the naked eye, however I still find the random dead bug around the old "lines" - and it's been over 4 months! I was also having some beetle and flea problems prior to using this and DE, both seemingly resolved with these products.

A great, safe, alternative to nasty chemical insecticides! I will definitely use this again next season, especially since it's such a great price!

For years I had a cheap single-bay Simpleshare NAS and was constantly frustrated with the difficulty of sharing folders, adding USB storage, or anything above that required me to use the web based UI. The UI wasn't intuitive, and functionality was rarely functional.

This year, I spent a couple of months researching my next NAS, and settled on the LG-N2R1. I've had the LG-N2R1 for about a month now and I am happy to report that my experience thus far has exceeded expectations. I was looking for a cheap mirrored NAS, and I found an affordable, feature rich explosion of pure awesome.

The N2R1 auto-configures in minutes, and the web-based interface is very easy to access and customize. The UI is intuitive and responsive. I've set the box up as a 1TB RAID(0) array, I've set folder permissions, and created custom users and groups, all without having to read the instructions. I have no reservations recommending this model for it's ease of use, rich feature set and relatively low price-tag.

Note: The N2R1 is the enclosure ONLY.

I bought a pair of Seagate Barracudas, but I would recommend pairing this unit with any OTHER compatible drives.

I paired this thing with two 1TB Seagate Barracuda drives which I purchased separately.

Installing drives on this thing is ridiculously easy though, so just buy this model and get a couple of WD's on sale, and you should have the perfect home NAS.

::EDIT:: I was hearing a pulsing whine noise, which I at first thought was one of the Seagate drives, but with both drives removed, the pulsing continued. Since I don't see this complaint elsewhere I will assume that I just got a bad fan or something. Otherwise, zero complaints, this thing is awesome. I'll update if I learn more.





LG N2R1D Review by Geebee

I own 2 of these units for file storage and backups all PC based for me and my girlfriend. We also invested in a Macbook Air each and wondered why we couldn't connect to the LG-NAS. Come to find out that Mac's and LG-NAS won't talk to each other! Not a good thing. So is LG going to do an upgrade to the firmware to fix this issue! After doing some research.. NOPE! Also there as an issue where one of the LG-NAS units would drop off line from the network constantly. Did some more research and upgraded the firmware. That did the trick. I do like the software that was included with the NAS units. NAS Detector and NAS monitor.

As a part time IT, I'm not real impressed with this unit. A majority of my hardware is Netgear based. Should have stuck with the Netgear NAS units. See what happens when you try to save a couple of bucks! You get what you pay for.

first experience -- NICE package and easy to use
+) manually added TWO 2TB drives ==> okay !!
+) They CLAIM GB Ethernet -- I'll have to upgrade my router to test the performance
+) initially I was disappointed with the nois -- FORTUNATELY this settled into a reasonably quite mode after a while. HDs also power down to reduce noise

HOWEVER
-) FLASH as a requirement to edit the settings in an embedded NAS server like this IS NOT ACCEPTABLE !! Not everyone is using FLASH and to make those few simple settings, a clean HTML interface is more than sufficient !!
-) NON-STANDARD HD-FORMAT. Be it regular or RAID, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to recover data. They are using Linux but not a Linux-compatible disc image. The main filesystem is Linux but likely with some offset and other proprietary info in the boot sector ==> BACKUP & RESTORE PROBLEM in case this unit fails
-) I want to swap drive but I cannot find anyone selling extra HD holders for this ==> so I always have unscrew the old, mount the new drive instead of plug & play with (multiple) drives & extra drive holders
-) NONE of my Windows programs recognize the drive as a WRITER -- they can can read WITH LIMITATIONS. EAC and other utilities fail to access the drive's details and cannot perform read-error corrections and other advanced features :-((
-) if you have a laptop and want to rip your old CDs into MP3s ==> buy a USB CD/DVD instead. This one won't work.
-) From a NAS server, I was expecting a few more advanced features -- like LOCAL copy data from drive A to drive B. Instead all copy goes via (slow) network back & forth to the PC
-) From a NAS server I was expecting a few more advanced features -- BACKUP !! For heaven's sake, there are 4 TERABYTE of data and they sure need backup. At least some DISC-CLONING would be useful. And support for external (USB2/USB3/eSATA/FIREWIRE) HD using STANDARD (Linux) file-system
-) my POWER-DVD doesn't recognize this as a valid drive ==> no DVD playback on my laptop. THIS DEFEATS THE PURPOSE of having a NAS server with CD/DVD.
-) CANT use it to convert CD to MP3, can't watch DVDs ==> FAIL !!
-) I like that embedded CARD READER ==> but it failed to show as a network drive !! Seems it only can copy data to the local disc :-((

I know this is a "cheap" 170USD device -- but most of my complaints would have been easy to fix at no or little extra costs. They use freeware SW, so why not add a suitable Linux backup SW ??


Despite the frustration, I kept this model :
+ it is CHEAP and I have a DESKTOP with CD/DVD to make up for some of the LG N2R1's problems
+ it is a compact unit giving me 4TB of network storage
+ I intend it to be a BACKUP system (mostly offline), so the slow performance is less of a problem

This is an absolutely gorgeous set, very happy with quality and appearance. Sheet is a little tight on the mattress, but my mattress is slightly larger than non-standard (about an inch larger all round). Bumper fits very tightly around the crib leaving virtually no space to get so much as a finger trapped. Only complaint was that the set is packed SO tightly in the bag that the sheet and ruffle were unbelievably crunched up and it took a couple of washings and ironings to get the creases out. Otherwise it's a lovely set, great for a boy or girl and goes with many different color schemes. Nice to have matching items also available (I also bought blankets and will be getting other accessories) though you will have to search or make your own if you want to match it with things like curtains, lamps/shades etc.

This set is very tasteful-yet-fun, unlike some of the tacky-looking, busy-patterned ones you see all the time. And the animals are very cute; my daughter enjoyed the ones on the crib bumper especially. But geez, the material is rough to the touch. The quilt is so stiff, and too small to be useful, really.

This is beautifully designed bedding and we love the sage color. I have never used the quilt on my daughter, however. We use it as a decoration only. I use softer, more pliable blankets for my baby. But the quilt is very well made and the animals are vivid. I will save this quilt for her as a keepsake.
