I like that it folds flat with all the pieces in place so they dont get lost.

The stainless steel design is durable and rugged. Nicely constructed. It worked fine on just the one chicken I've roasted. I don't think it is superior over other methods to roast chicken but I will use it from time to time. Roasting a chicken breast side down in a dish is also a very good way. The tray container though is great for catching the juices which can be used to make a very good sauce. It was fairly inexpensive which is a big reason I got it. It is definitely worth the price Amazon charged.

I've had a couple of the original Spanek vertical roasters; one in chrome and the other in nonstick. Eventually they begin to rust or the nonstick coating starts flaking off.

I've only roasted one chicken with the Norpro so far, and it was great. I've placed the entire unit into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan, with a bit of parchment inside the round tray. The cooked chicken lifted easily off the roaster.

I dismantled the roaster and it cleans nicely in the dishwasher. Quite a bit more convenient than the others!
